Yesterday I went to tampines gym to work out. I prefer tampines gym than bedok gym because you don't get stares. I think I pushed myself yesterday. Worked out my shoulder, biceps and chest. I like going tampines gym. It's big and even though there are quite a lot of people, most of them are friendly. People sharing weights and stuffs. I think I shall go gym at night now like around 6pm. hahahah. I saw mamat there also. Haha. Him and his canoeing peeps. But after yesterday I was so tired. |
